We are absolutely heartbroken to be writing this but our beautiful Jess has sadly passed away.

Jess was the longest serving member of the Academy team. She was the first person you could hear on the phone, one of the most beautiful people you could meet and a much loved member of our team.

Thank you for everything you gave over the years, thank you for being Shaun’s right hand woman, for being like a big sister to me & teaching me everything I know. Thank you for making me & Jake laugh endlessly❤️

We will carry Jess with us through everything & continue to provide the high standard of service she was so proud of.

Jess was the best Lettings Manager but that was a very small part of who Jess was. She was an amazing Mum to Faith, Wife to Ryan, Daughter to Tricia & Chris, Sister to Tony & Adele, Niece & Friend to so many. Our thoughts are with your family at this heartbreaking time.

We are all better people for knowing & loving Jess.
