So it’s been a while since I did a “who am
I and what do I do” kind of post, so here’s an up to date one.

My names Andy and I’m a north west based property trader, property sourcer and deal packager.

So what does that actually mean???

In a nutshell I help people who don’t have the time, knowledge or motivation to invest in property themselves but know it’s the best asset class in the world.

I find, negotiate, buy and manage the whole process for anyone who fits the above including partial to full refurbs.
