#5 A quick mowing job, it has started to grow😧

#4 Install the last window in the activity barn and new cupboard around the electrics and finishing window trims to finally finish off the Activity Barn, Tawd Vale Adventure Centre. The kitchen looks amazing now that all the benches and equipment is in there.

#3 A quick fence job 9m long x 2m high, all treated timber with cap rail.

#2 Ripping out the old gents toilets, boarding and skimming and then fitting a new kitchen. In between the electricians and heating gent sorted those bits out as well as a new window opening. Just a couple of handles to fit (wrong ones sent😔) and before you ask no pics of the toilets🤣

A little quiet posting since January as I have had a few jobs on the go with them just coming to completion.
#1 A 9m long x 3.7m tall stud wall with two sets of double doors and a further partition wall. Skirting, architrave and dado rail to match the original trims. Great work by the painting company to make it look the part.

The final bits now finished with the electrics all signed off, customers are happy which is the most important part of any project.

So Covid (not me) and unforseen issues changed my diary around a bit before and over Christmas. This was supposed to be a straightforward toilet and sink under the stairs but turned into a new floor as the beams were rotten. Customers builder sorted and able to finish off in between Christmas and New Year whilst they were away.
