Radius Security Ltd originated in 2004, predominantly with the intention of being a premium provider of security personnel to the late night economy. Our name encapsulated our primary focus, which has always been ‘to deliver a well-supported supply within the North West geographical area thus maintaining a strong ethos with a firm brand ethic’. Becoming ‘award winning accredited’ experts within th

e industry sector was inevitable. With this success grows demand, as such, our security service now provides to a host of alternative industries including; manned guarding to retail and commercial, high-value asset protection, and specialists in the delivery of security to the ‘on shore’ oil and gas industries. Since 2004, we have seen a transition with many of our clients looking for a ‘complete solution’. To accommodate this, in 2015 we launched ‘RADIUS FACILITIES’ into the marketplace. Providing a range of services such as maintenance and cleaning to commercial, retail and residential properties throughout Wigan and beyond, has expanded our offer and so we are proud to say ‘now completes the group!'

Our Welfare Unit will be back in action this NYE just outside the Printworks.

These facilities are free of charge and are available to anyone who should need our help or assistance.
The units will be positioned outside 'Next' across from the Printworks entrance.

The unit can offer: A place to get warm / A hot drink / Charge a mobile phone / A place to talk and calm things down / Support or guidance / Minor medical assistance / Major medical assistance or ambulance support.

We can also assist with: Any lone females, underage or vulnerable adults / Any person suffering the effects of alcohol or drug use / Any person affected by physical or emotional assault / Any person who is lost or incapable / Any person who has lost a phone, bag, credit card etc & needs help / Any person who is refused and at risk
