This property is a 3 bedroom semi in Swinton which our client has purchased initially as an investment property but is considering moving into in the future, hence it's a slightly more expensive than a property you'd usually see as a buy to let.

We have identified a suitable property based on our clients requirement, given them all the information they need to make an informed decision to purchase, guided them through the legals all the way through to completion. We have just finished updating the refurbishment budget based on our client's plan for the property and we will now manage the refurbishment on their behalf.

This was a mortgage purchase from an overseas investor so it did take longer than a normal purchase but luckily this was a probate property and the vendor didn't seem to be in any great rush

The agents representing the vendor even provided a goodie bag although sadly no sweets only marketing brochures!

No more paper viewings sheets and hastily scribbled notes; We've created a custom form that closely mirrors the structure and headings of a homebuyer's report. It incorporates an array of checkboxes that allow us to assess the visual condition of a property's structural elements and interior finishes.
We can complete this form as we walk through the property. Once it's filled out, it's automatically sent to our inbox, ready for in-depth analysis and evaluation of any refurbishment work required back at the office
