The bifold doors have finally been installed, and I was asked back by the client to complete this area.
The reveals were drylined, low spots were built out, corner beads fitted, and all areas plastered to a smooth finish. The project is now complete, and the customer is extremely pleased with the final result.

I was recommended by southpride property maintenance to carry out plastering work on this flat entrance area. The customer wanted the walls tidied up, as the imperfections were becoming more noticeable in natural daylight.
Due to a tight timescale on the project, I asked InStyle Property Maintenance to assist, knowing the quality of workmanship and finish would be to a high standard. Together, we completed the work to a smooth, clean finish while ensuring the property was kept tidy throughout.

We recently completed a patching and repair project following alterations to the plumbing system for new pipework and radiators. The work involved fitting new coving, bonding out the pipework to bring the walls back to the correct thickness, and plastering all affected areas to a smooth, professional finish.

Myself and InStyle Property Maintenance were asked to help modernise this dated bungalow as part of Phase 1 of the renovation project. The work included two bedrooms, a new bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe.
Prior to our arrival, the client had removed all wallpaper and coving, allowing us to begin preparing the ceilings and walls for plastering. Our task was to fully prepare and plaster all surfaces to achieve a smooth, modern finish.
The existing artex ceilings have now been transformed, and all walls are ready for painting once fully dried.
This was a fantastic project to be involved in, working alongside a great client, and we are looking forward to starting Phase 2 soon.

I was invited back by a client to cover existing artex ceilings in two bedrooms. The ceilings were in good condition, so they were carefully scraped to remove high spots, primed, and then plastered to achieve a smooth, modern finish.

I was commissioned by Sandbanks Construction Ltd to smooth over the existing artex ceilings, creating a modern finish to match the kitchen and bathroom ceilings. The property is currently undergoing a refurbishment, with a strong focus on high-quality design and workmanship throughout.
I was pleased to collaborate with InStyle Property Maintenance on this project. Despite the ceilings being uneven to begin with, the final result has been completed to an excellent standard.
