Our involvement does not stop when we send you our Snagging Survey. We are there to assist you when your developer tries to avoid the issues raised in our report.
After two site meetings with a National house builder we secured, on behalf of our clients, their agreement to rectify all the items in our 116 page report.
This week we are inspecting the complete replacement of the staircase from ground to first floor and the reconstruction of the ground floor WC.
This has involved our clients moving out of their new home for four weeks and the developer paying for their hotel and removal costs and taking on responsibility for insuring the property during the works.

We were back at this luxury six property development in Barton-on-Sea this week carrying out another Snagging Survey following a recommendation from our previous Clients.

We also had the opportunity to talk to the developer who thanked us for our previous detailed Snagging Report and the assistance it provided to enable them to carry out the remedial works.
