** OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR **

We are a family run removal & storage company based in Owslebury, Wi******er, looking for an administrative assistant to help in our busy office.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Making & answering telephone calls
• Diary management – booking home visits and making removal bookings
• Email correspondence with customers using Outlook
• Producing quotations
• Arranging customs import/export declarations
• Raising invoices and managing payments on Xero
• Other daily office tasks such as filing, data input, monitoring social media accounts etc.

Whilst previous office experience is preferred, it is not essential as training will be given. You will be computer competent and have experience with Microsoft Office, as well as a friendly, can-do attitude, a good telephone manner and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business.

We are based opposite Marwell Zoo, so a driving license would be desirable due to the rural location.

Hours: Monday – Friday 0830 – 1630

More great feedback from a move we carried out recently.
This customer had a split load from Gerrards Cross to Brighton
and Pézenas in France, taken over by Jack & Rich in our wagon & drag.

"Just a quick email to say how great the whole experience of moving with Cranbury has been.

All the guys were efficient, friendly and pleasant to have about the place. The packing, loading and unloading went with a minimum of fuss, even though we had things going to different places and we got ourselves confused on occasion!
