Places to Let Local property to Let We have built a small private portfolio of properties to let in and around Eastleigh, Bishopstoke, Chandlers Ford and Southsea.

Completing the entire process of negotiation, purchase, renovation or modernising in order to let the property. On completion of any works required, we fully manage each property from the initial advertising, vetting process and completing the tenancy contracts. Post occupation, we continue with the ongoing management of the let for the entirety of the tenancy agreement.
