Meet Dan Frogley, Lettings Director at Charters. 🖤
We know Dan as one of the experts behind our lettings team, but what’s he like beyond the role? A few quick-fire questions gave us the perfect opportunity to find out.
Have you completed anything on your bucket list? 🏃♂️
Not really, although I was hoping to qualify for the London Marathon this year, which unfortunately didn’t happen; it’s definitely still on the list, though! Running has become a big part of my life, so qualifying for and completing the London Marathon is something I’d really love to achieve.
What’s your favourite hidden gem in the area? 🏝️
As a family, we love spending time in the New Forest and visiting the beach. We’re very lucky to have both right on our doorstep, so they’re two of our favourite places to escape to, spend time together and switch off.
If you weren’t working in property, what do you think you’d be doing? 👔
Probably something in business development. I love building relationships, meeting new people and understanding what makes people and businesses tick, so a relationship-led business development role would be a good fit for me.
What originally attracted you to a career in property? 🏡
From an early age, I've wanted to work in property. What initially attracted me was the opportunity to be people-facing, build genuine relationships and, ultimately, help people. I’ve always enjoyed working with people, and property allows you to make a real difference at some of the biggest moments in their lives.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? 💬
Never make an important decision or give a hasty response when emotions are running high. Take a step back, give yourself time to think, and respond when you have a clear head. It’s advice that has served me well, both personally and professionally.
