Completed another flip in May!
It was a conversion of a HMO to a single occupancy 4 bed house. Being full time professionals and having a growing family it was not straightforward. We came across multiple challenges in the process; be it timelines, building regulations, interaction with council, rising costs, following up with the traders, travelling to the site and many more. We never failed to celebrate small wins, and the monthly mentoring sessions helped us morally and strategically . Most important point is that the journey was satisfying, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the end result was beautiful. To add to the joy, the completion date of the property when we sold it, coincided with the arrival of a newborn angel in our family!
People do invariably ask 'Amit why go through all this?'. We have only one response 'We have a big WHY'.

For us last 2 months has been a great period to reflect the achievements in last year, planning 2022, and networking with like minded people. And now it is time to take action and venture into furnished holiday lets and service accommodations!

New deal being currently signed and ready to go live in a few weeks time. Watch this space.

It gives me immense pleasure to share that we have completed our much coveted Refurbishment project within Hull!
'Keep moving forward', is the Mantra that we followed. Ensuring steady progress over several weeks, collaborating and building relationships during the process, having roller coaster moments, we saw it all. Tremendous grit from Rashmi, attention to detail, and sheer hard work by our building team throughout the refurbishment period made sure that the modernisation work was completed in a timely manner. This high specs 4 bed property is awaiting a beautiful family to make it a home. Delighted to share the snaps.

This was our status in August 2021. We are glad to share that we have exchanged and completed on our Investment property in Hull! It took us continued and consistent interaction with our Power team to ensure that we secure this beautiful 5 bed HMO requiring complete modernisation. Next action items were promptly lined up (Kitchen, roofer, damp proof, etc..) and the refurb work began swiftly.

Plan: FLIP. To convert this HMO into a high spec and high quality single residential occupancy for a lovely family to move in.

We will keep sharing the progress on this project.
