Hi all,

Last message regarding the drama today.

My fault as I didn’t write confirmed back to the guest, reading through the communication between us it’s really not obvious that an actual appointment was made. So public apology to the guest. No excuses.

As I’ve said several times previously a booking system will be in place for next year.

Never too old to learn a lesson….. apologies again to the lady that was booked but not booked. It won’t happen again. If you PM me I will donate the £90 to your chosen charity…..

Come on people, I’m genuinely grateful and surprised at how successful the pool is.
Next year there will be more availability and a booking system.
I don’t want to bar anyone but if I am asked if I have availability for the day or in August, as per a message received TODAY, I’m going to scream.
I do not have a secret list, everything I have is posted here.

If you’re desperate there are slots available from 7th September for 5/6 days…..

Hi everyone…..

I have made another double booking for tomorrow. I made one on Friday too.

I must apologise as it’s extremely disappointing for those that miss out, I do understand.

As I have said this will all be rectified next year with the new booking system.

When I do mess up i will always either offer the tennis court and other facilities or a free swim as way of an apology. Not ideal but there isn’t anything else I can do.

If this happens to you please don’t threaten me with bad reviews or comments on my page, I’m trying my best. This year has gone ballistic with requests…..

Thank you all for such a wonderful Summer of bookings.
Next year I will have a booking system in place. This will be a fair system instead of the lottery you’ve all had to endure.
The price in 2027 for 6 people will be £32.50 with additional guests £6 pp per hour.
Under 1s are free, spectators are not.

I have finally sat down to go through the diary.
I am not advertising any new slots on here.
I am going to work my way through everyone that has commented or sent a message regarding booking. I have 29 spaces in August so I hope to be able to book you all in. If there are any dates left after this I will put here.

Thank you all once again for making this such a popular experience. We appreciate you all.

Would people be interested in first week of September, or are the children back at school then?
