I WILL BE PUTTING TOGETHER DATES AND TIMES OF REMAINING SLOTS TODAY.

Remember if the weather is terrible we will rearrange with you a different time that is mutually acceptable.

The cost is £30 per hour for up to 6 guests, maximum number can be discussed with me by PM.

No parties unless otherwise agreed.

Children to be supervised and remain inside the pool area, unless to use the toilet/changing room.

Under 18s one at a time in changing room.

Cash preferred but bank transfer accepted.

Please note we do not hire the pool out Friday afternoon or Saturday.
To secure a place please remember the pool is extremely popular. Asking if I have space today, tomorrow or next weekend will more than likely be a No.
Try and book in advance. Of course we do not know what the weather will be like but invariably the weather is good enough for a swim.
If any of your party might dislike the possibility of it being chilly please do not book, we aren’t for you.

Before the mayhem of Summer truly arrives, at the Farmhouse, I’m pulling the diary slots that are available for swims, afternoon teas and tennis for May.
If you are hoping to host a birthday celebration here please let me know in advance. Unfortunately if you do not, and arrive for a celebration, I will ask you to leave.

I haven’t yet put the calendar together for August however unlike previous years there is a few extra days available so please keep an eye out. Just a reminder that Saturday and Friday afternoons are not available.
We have availability all day/evening this coming week…..including today 17th May at 12-1 3-4 and 4-5.
Bank holiday Monday 25th May is fully booked.
There is availability on Tuesday 26th Friday 29th and Sunday 31st of May

As the nights stay brighter for longer I will ,over the next few days, add availability for the Summer.
•Please note that the pool is never available on Friday afternoons or Saturdays.
• The pool is heated.
•£30 for 6 people for 1 hour.
•Any additional guests are £5 per person. •This cost still applies for guests that do not swim.
•The hour includes the time to get changed. •Please be mindful of the guests following your swim.
• There are changing facilities plus a toilet and shower
•The hour is exclusively yours
• 50% Deposit to be paid at time of booking please.
• if the weather is awful, extremely cold, wet or windy a refund will be issued. Refunds because it looks a bit chilly or it’s forecast for rain in 10 days time does not count. If any of your guests are not inclined to swim due to the sun not beaming down please do not book. There are great indoor pools that cater for this.
• If you are booking as a birthday plan please enquire first as additional costs will apply.

Why let children have all the fun? Afternoon tea alongside a swim and/or a game of tennis. Relax in the peace and quiet, completely private, exclusively yours. 2 hours @£45 per person. Afternoon teas supplied to Lots Bridge Farmhouse by Emma at Copper Cup.
Available Monday’s through to Friday’s either 11am or 1pm.
WI, book clubs, birthday teas, retirement gatherings, baby showers please enquire here. We very much look forward to helping you rest and unwind.
