Martyn Cox & Company Martyn Cox & Company is an independent privately owned firm of Estate Agents Initially the office at 6 Corn Street was run by two full and two part-time staff.

The firm was founded by Martyn Cox in 1988 who had previously been a member of the Board of Management at Buckell & Ballard in Oxford. In 1992 number 8 Corn Street became available and the two offices were merged into one. This created space for more staff and a wider variety of disciplines. Since then, staff numbers have increased and Martyn R Cox & Co has become one of the best known names in Witney selling town and country property throughout West Oxfordshire. We now have seven full-time and four part-time members of staff dealing exclusively with residential sales. We do not specialise in a particular price category as we cover all ranges, but feel we have an affinity with individual homes of character, both period and modern.
