Cadmaps highly experienced surveyors undertake land and building surveys using Leica 1200-1100 series Robotic Total Stations, the survey data captured is highly accurate which offers architects, developers, designers and the general public a true reliable representation of their site which is presented on digital plan format or hard copy. The reflectorless PinPoint R300 laser function allows surveying building heights, Ridges and Eaves, building elevations and other data which is crucial to obtain before any development. The advantage of the laser function is no access is required to 3rd party land to gather this information and keeps your plans classified to neighbours. This again can assist in the smooth application and approval of the development.

Cadmap Ltd are seeking to recruit experienced Utility Surveyors and join the company on a full time employed basis.

The main areas of field work are in London and the South East, Cadmap undertake a variety of projects ranging from small domestic utility surveys to highways and industrial sites.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the survey industry, a full clean driving license, able to work as a team or individually, be enthusiastic and motivated.

Requirements.

· Minimum 3-4 years working as a Utility Surveyor.
· Good working knowledge of GPR and Radio Detection methods.
· Good skills working with AutoCAD 2D/3D.

A competitive salary and in addition to this, a company van and fuel card will be provided.
