Property Management Company of the Year – for the second year running!
Earlier this week, Sarah Cleaver and Zoë Stuart-Jones attended the 2026/27 London & South East Prestige Awards ceremony in Woking, where Cleaver Property Management Ltd was once again named:
Property Management Company of the Year
We’re incredibly proud to have won this award for the second year running and, because of that, to also receive the Gold Award in recognition of winning the category two years consecutively.
The Prestige Awards recognise successful independent businesses across the region, with winners selected by a panel of industry judges using the award submissions alongside client reviews, testimonials and publicly available information about each business.
Sarah Cleaver, Managing Director, said: “To win Property Management Company of the Year for a second year running is something I’m incredibly proud of. We have a fantastic team at Cleaver Property Management and this recognition really does belong to all of them. Everyone contributes to the service we provide and the reputation we’ve built.”
Zoë Stuart-Jones, Operations Director, added:
“There’s a lot that goes into delivering the level of service we expect from ourselves, across every department. Everyone plays their part, so to have the company recognised again this year is a great achievement for the whole team.”
Sarah and Zoë may have had the pleasure of collecting the award, but it belongs to the whole Cleaver Property Management team. We’d also like to thank our clients, residents, suppliers and contractors for their continued support.
