Their journey certainly wasn’t straightforward. After finding a property they loved, we briefly launched their home to the market. Unfortunately, when they missed out on their onward purchase, plans changed and the property was withdrawn.

Fast forward to last year, and we successfully agreed a sale β€” only for the chain to collapse at the point of Exchange. A hugely frustrating setback for everyone involved.

But we didn’t give up.

When the property was relaunched earlier this year, we worked closely with our sellers to create a fresh strategy. The result? 15 viewings, new buyers secured within just 20 days, and a sale agreed at the full asking price.

From relaunch to Exchange of Contracts, the entire journey took just 105 days.
