🏠 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR LANDLORDS

There has been a recent announcement regarding the Government’s new Private Rented Sector Database, which will introduce new registration requirements for landlords and their rental properties.

📍 The West Midlands is due to be one of the first areas involved in the rollout, with the process expected to begin later this year.

At L&A Lettings, we’re committed to keeping our landlords informed and up to date as these changes develop.

📅 We’ll be attending a dedicated webinar on 1st October to gain a clearer understanding of the new requirements, timescales and what these changes will mean for landlords and agents.

Following the webinar, we’ll provide our landlords with further communication and guidance in due course, once we have the relevant information confirmed.

In the meantime, there’s no need to panic or take any action just yet. We’ll keep you informed as more details become available. 🤝

This is nothing to do with Lettings, it’s about inspiration !
It’s with sadness that I hear of the death of Kevin Keegan. As a kid, George Best was undoubtedly the most gifted player. However, Kevin Keegan is the man who I found inspirational. He wasn’t blessed with Best’s natural talent, however he was blessed with a great work ethic and a determination to make the very best of what he had and he did!!
When he found the England job too much, he was honest enough to say so. No ego!
You inspired me Kevin. God bless you and sincere condolences to your family 🙏🙏
