Our holiday cottages are set in a 6 acre garden site on the edge of Happy Valley and Northumberland National Park. We are 1.5 miles away from the market town of Wooler. We welcome one well behaved dog.

This is an ideal base to walk in the Cheviot Hills or visit The Scottish borders, Alnwick, Bamburgh, Holy Island and the beautiful coastline of Northumberland.

Coldgate Mill was originally a corn mill. The cottages here are set in a 6 acre site. It is a quiet location with plenty of wildlife and a millstream running through the gardens.

In just an hours drive you can be in Edinburgh to the north or Newcastle to the south. We are far enough inland to avoid the ‘sea fret’ which can plague the North East coast. The cottages are owner maintained and cleaned.
