It has been an exhausting few months but absolutely worth it.
Welcomed some new clients, continued to work with existing clients and visited some beautiful properties.
Taking a well earned break over Easter for some much needed family time.
Thank you to Jessava Estates, Johnsons Property Consultants, Nicol and Co and everyone else that's kept me busy. Your continued business is always appreciated.

What a treat yesterday to carry out the Inventory on this beauty. You don't see properties like this come up for rent very often, rather jealous of the tenant moving in.
Hats off to the landlord too who'd had a full professional clean. Made my job so much easier. 5 beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 huge reception rooms and a stunning fully fitted kitchen, all completed in just over 3 hours 👌

Well I definitely needed the weekend off to relax after 2 full house cleans and 2 full inventories on these beautiful new builds in Redditch. All ready for new tenants to move in.

When my clients tenant vacated early, he was anxious to get in and start renovations on his Malvern flat. No problem, I said, I will carry out the Check Out on Saturday.
My unexpected reward, a beautiful, homemade Biscotti cheesecake and Normandy Pie (Apologies, I didn't get the photo before my kids got to it).
Always blown away by the kindness of some people.

So far, my largest inventory to date.
Thank you to and Co for inviting me to carry out the Inventory on this beautiful home last week.
A superb 4 bedroom home with a 3 bedroom detached annex, not to mention the vast gardens, stables and stunning views. Rather jealous of the tenant moving into this one.

A little snapshot of the last few weeks appointments.
Despite it being Easter Holidays and juggling childcare with work RJH Inventories still managed to complete 15 Inventories, 1 viewing, a pre-inventory clean and a check out 😏 feeling accomplished.
