The TDS annual review indicates that the amount of tenancies that end with a deposit dispute is just 1% . This is great news and proves that a good quality inventory is so important to simplify any deposit deductions that may be needed at the end of the tenancy.

Baseline Property Services can help with this and make sure you have a detailed, in-depth report of exactly how your property was presented at the start of the tenancy. You can then ask your tenants to return it to you in the same condition (baring fair wear and tear) at the end of their tenancy.
