Things have gone against us on recently on one project, when left in the lurch by a tradesman.
After a discussion with Barclays we were provided with nothing but support- this surprise in the post made us smile and goes a long way.

Jacqueline V, dropped a pebble of assistance and the ripples since are showing us that we are not alone on this journey.

We have jumped through so many hoops the circus is calling....

We have had continuous knock backs....right up until the 11th hour....

But we kept on driving forward, our GOAL in sight,

Determined to get closer to our Company Vision

Eclat Property has completed on its first HMO.

A 6 bed wonder with parking for up to 8 vehicles.

A lot of viewings have taken place, many properties just didn't stack up. A virtuous smorgasbord of houses that were not fit for our portfolio, but this one ticked every box.

Over the coming weeks, months and years watch as we transform this into the Modern Co-Living environment it is meant to be.

It’s been a hectic summer here at Eclat Property.

Our management roll has taken a lot of time to grow and its now an excellent addition to the business. Of nearly 50 rooms, we only have a few vacancies.

It’s been 40 years since the event.

A bitter conflict on a remote UK colony.

Most people won’t even remember let alone realise, we are still preparing and reassuring the local populous.

What was built in the aftermath at Mount Pleasant, still stands strong today. Fighting the harsh elements, enabling Her Majesty's Armed Forces to maintain a constant presence and high level of readiness 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Whilst working down in the Falklands, I've had the good fortune to visit and learn about several of the battles from the Falklands War in 1982.

Prior to the battle there was a small contingent of Royal Marines personnel stationed here as it was never imagined Argentina would attempt to take the islands.

When they invaded, with no ‘what if’ plans to fall back on and 8000 miles between us and them, the stakes were high. However, being an adaptable and well trained Armed Forces allowed a decisive response and fast resolution to the conflict.

Now we have far more personnel from all three services here. 40 years on from the invasion, the Armed Forces have learnt and are now very prepared for any eventuality, and we will be here as long as the falklands people want it.

I have tried to bring elements of my forces training into my business, to give it that edge and protection.
