CFS are on the hunt for a senior fire alarm technician.
The role will be:
Travel uk wide based in the midlands.
Commissioning small to large projects
Fault finding on all systems
Floating between service and project teams when required.
Knowledge of the latest 2025 standards essential.
Must be able to prove experience in a commissioning role.
CFS knows commissioning is more than just programming text to a panel, it’s more about understanding the standards, processes, and paperwork, ensuring systems are compliant.

• Seal penetrations and joints in walls/floors to meet all fire safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and identify areas needing fire-stopping applications.
Fire Door Carpenter / Installer
• Expertly install and remediate fire doors and frames.
• Conduct fire door surveys and flag non-compliance issues.
• Ensure all work aligns with the latest fire safety standards and regulations.

The Metal Works | Bedminster

This Metal Works site on Dalby Avenue is made up of a total of 5 tower blocks consisting of 6 Fire Alarm Panels with over 1500 loop devices connected to Honeywell CLSS for accurate compliancy, 6 Aspirating Smoke Detector systems, Fire Door monitoring, IP CCTV with over 90 images and over 130 IP Intercom systems. This is a 18 month project and one which we are very proud to be a part of.
