THE SHOW HOME - Transform Empty Plots into Buyer Magnets
Developers invest heavily in a showhome to help sell the development.
The showhome becomes the work horse to help buyers visualise the potential and ultimately is a driving force behind plot sales.
But what happens once the showhome is sold and there are still plots remaining?
Often, those plots are left empty.
Empty houses can be much harder for buyers to connect with. Rooms feel smaller, layouts can be harder to understand, and it becomes more difficult to picture day-to-day life in the space for the buyer.
That’s where we come in.
When a showhome is sold, we help our clients move and restage the showhome inventory into plots that are left, slower-moving, or need a little extra support.
If some or all of the inventory has been sold with the showhome, we utilise our inventory stock and create a brand-new staged showhome - (without the wallpapers and window dressings).
On average, an entire home staging package is less than 90% of the original show home - and because the inventory is rented and not bought - not only does it transform empty plots into buyer ready homes that scream "BUY ME!", but it's a significantly smaller investment with no stock to worry about at the point of completion.
