Having been in existance since 2004 we have seen so many changes in the property landscape. BLT was big in the early days but income became eroded by a number of financial & regulatory changes. People then moved into Houses of Multiple Occupation where better returns could be found, typically 10 -12%. Now the move is into Service Accommodation where returns of 20% + can be achieved. Parkgrove has always focused on growth areas for its investors & that is still the same today. Safe investments in property still far out strip bank investments which are about 1% at a time when inflation alone is 2.5 to 3%. Why wouldn't you invest in property?
