What is ‘Guaranteed Rent’ and how does it work?

Guaranteed Rent is where Simply Beautiful Homes takes an interest in a property for a period of time from you (the landlord) and guarantees to pay a fixed rent. You give consent to Simply Beautiful Homes (the Renter), to then rent the property to other tenants. Simply Beautiful Homes becomes your tenant liable for the rent. There are several ways to legally sublet a property, we use a Management Agreement.
