So this is making use of a old garage and totally transformed it into a new usable living/working space. Fully insulated stud walls with a vapour membrane, electrics for both plug sockets and lighting. New upvc doors and window. All plastered and then painted. Hardboard flooring down then Lino to look like a real wooden floor and skirtings to finish.

Just finished this job for a lovely customer. A big tree fell down through the fence and onto the pavement, so all cut up and disposed of correctly and a new fence installed to secure the garden again.
