This customer was experiencing high bills. Due to rural location the only utility service available is electric. Solar generation with battery storage accompanied by air source heating was a great way to reduce bills now and long into the future.

Call out to tripping consumer unit causing loss of power, heating and hot water. Previous insurance company’s engineer couldn’t find the issue. Within 3 hours fault found, rectified and energised. Cable damaged in floor void by vermin. Cat’s been referred to HR for snoozing on the job.
