It's all about the June market 👏👏👏

When you think of selling in summer, that process really starts now (at the latest!). The national average is now 60 days to find a buyer, with a minimum of 3 month realistically to complete the sale.

And let's not talk about the ever changing mortgage landscape (in this reel anyway!).

This means there isn't much room for second chances, so getting the right agent first time round is crucial.
