I'm now a qualified and accredited energy assessor. If anyone needs an EPC certificate let me know. I am also a retrofit assessor and can provide SAP assessments. These are for new builds, extensions and required for government grants like ECO4, Cosy homes and Air source heat pump funding.

Here's a knock through and kitchen nstallation just completed in Sunbury-on-Thames . Which we removed the non load bearing walls, rewired, Plastered and painted ( in a nutshell ofcourse)!
