A beautifully presented one bedroom apartment has just been added to our fully managed portfolio, complete with a long term tenant already in situ.

West Yorkshire’s Byron Halls is a distinctive Grade II listed apartment development. Originally a former school building, the development has been transformed into character apartments full of charm and original features.

Lauren made the journey over to meet with the tenant, complete all necessary paperwork and ensure everything was in place ready for us to take over the management!
