We are a Property Development company based in Wrexham, North Wales. We are taking a fresh approach to building development. Here at Verve, we focus on the redevelopment of old no longer loved commercial and residential properties, bringing them back into modern-day use, along with new build development projects.

Phase 2 is now complete - we're a little behind on these posts compared to the actual progress of the development but I thought it would be useful to post about the different stages of a conversion.

During this phase we have removed internal walls, replaced lintels, built new walls and ensured the building is structurally sound. Once this is complete you can really start to see the spaces you have created on paper come to life.
