One thing I've learned over the last few years is that who you surround yourself with matters.

We're going through a bit of a change with our social media at the moment and we're still finding our feet and figuring out what works for us, what doesnt and also how we position ourselves.

This week I reached out to about social media as im really enjoying his content at the moment and we had a great chat about what's working for him, and how to be more authentic on camera instead of trying to be someone you're not, which isnt as easy as it sounds when theres a camera in your face 😅

One thing I always say is that there are so many good people in the property world. If you ever need help, advice, or just someone to point you in the right direction, ask.

Most people are happy to help.
Just make sure you're asking the right people 😅

You're told where to be.
You're told what to do.
You know when your day starts and when it ends.
Your wages land in your account every month.

Since leaving my job I've realised being employed is far easier.
🏠
But as they say if it was easy everyone would do it..
And despite all the stress, uncertainty and responsibility.
I still wouldn't swap it.
