As a landlord, i receive numerous messages from tenants facing various challenges, such as unresolved issues with other landlords, difficulty finding suitable housing, and other issues. While I may not be able to assist with these enquiries, I do offer advice and remain committed to providing safe homes for those in genuine need.
Renting a home entails shared responsibility between tenants and landlords. I strive to collaborate with my tenants to ensure their comfort and safety, expecting timely rent payments and proper care of their homes in return.

I remain registered with property organisations to stay informed about the latest developments in the industry.
While I may not have the answer to every question immediately, I am committed to researching and providing a response to any inquiries.

The ongoing projects are progressing well:

* New kitchens being installed.
* Some kitchens undergoing deep cleaning and restoration.
* All-new boilers are being installed
* The final stages involve completing the electrical work and flooring.

And the work begins...
* Road closure
* Dig up the road
* New gas feeds going in

Back to the office:
* Organise the gas suppliers and meters
* Chase up national grid, ready for the next stage, new electric feeds.

Lots going on, one project is making some moves, starting to see the light 👌

Project 1:
Wayne and the boys pushing on with the decorating and repairs. Rely+Able

2 new Gas and electric feeds coming into the building, final plumbing, upgrade electrics, and carpenters, to then finish with carpet/flooring throughout.

Project 2:
Sonny is coming to the end. Next level building renovations
Final repairs/decorating.
And then finish with carpets and flooring.
