✨ September Best Bits - Office Edition
September has been another busy month at Gowland White, with lots to celebrate both in and out of the office!
🎂 Starting with our Sales Manager, Demi’s birthday!
📸 A quick run in with Harry Redknapp, who was spotted peeking in our office window during his visit to Yarm High Street!
🦆 Our Lettings Manager Dan, swapped valuing properties for feeding the ducks mid appointment!
🏠 Albert Road SOLD within just 7 days of coming to market! A fantastic result for our vendors and another property successfully sold by the team!

🏃♀️ Our Director, Jodene, took on the Great North Run, completing her 29th half marathon! What an achievement!
🎉 Whitton Road SOLD within just 24 hours! From launching to agreeing a sale in just one day - what a result for our vendors!
💙 We celebrated Phoebe achieving a Distinction in her apprenticeship and securing a full time position with us! We couldn’t be prouder!
🔑 Yarm Road SOLD within just 7 days! Another fantastic result for our vendors and a great example of the interest our properties can generate, from our pre marketing on social media and a strong buyer demand!
🍩 And finally, a much needed midweek sweet treat for the team! Because every busy month needs a little something sweet along the way. Thank you Chris and Jodene!
