Somewhere between a guidebook and a wee letter from the Borders.
We’ve started Letters from The Scullery — a little magazine about the Scottish Borders and the people, places and stories that make it interesting.
Walks and wild places.
Good tables.
Artists and makers.
Old stories and new ideas.
The occasional bottle, book or plate worth talking about.
The first letters take us from the Three Brethren above Yarrowford to the Gordon Arms, a small gallery in Selkirk, and the work of photographer Nina Davidson.
This is our way of sharing some of the things we discover living here.
