I live in Church Crookham but was born and bred in Yateley—a town that has shaped much of who I am. My family has deep roots in the community: my nan, auntie and uncle all still live locally, and for many years we all lived on the Aylesham Way (Birds) estate. My grandfather even served as Mayor of Yateley in 2011. This area has always been home. My career in estate agency began almost by chance 13
years ago, after holding various customer service and management roles within the hospitality industry. I went on to work for two well-known high-street estate agencies, spending most of my time in their Yateley offices, with additional experience in Fleet and Farnborough. Hard work, a willingness to learn, and the customer service skills I had already developed helped me achieve strong results, many successful sales, and—most importantly—happy clients. By 2017, I felt the industry needed change. Traditional estate agency models felt outdated, lacking transparency, failing to embrace modern technology, and often charging high fees without delivering equivalent value. I became increasingly disillusioned and even considered leaving the industry altogether. But an opportunity came along to join an industry disruptor, and for four years I worked self-employed under licence to a national online company, covering Yateley and Farnborough. By 2021, although I was earning well, I no longer believed in the direction of the brand I represented. The company’s objectives had shifted, and it became clear that neither the agent nor the customer was truly at the heart of the decision-making process. My priority has always been to place the customer first, so I knew it was time for change. And so, Property Bee was born. Property Bee allows me complete freedom: to provide a superior level of marketing, to deliver a transparent and modern service, and to offer an exceptional customer journey from start to finish. It enables me to remain true to my values—professionalism, honesty, and genuine care—while creating a happier working environment for me and a better quality of service for my clients. To everyone who has recommended me over the years: thank you. Word of mouth has been invaluable, and I look forward to continuing to help the local community as I have done for more than 13 years. I’m excited for the journey I continue to go on.
