The business was sold to David MacLauchlan BSc (Hons) MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor, in 2012. David was a previous employee of Laceys in the 1990s, and knows the local property scene like the back of his hands! We also do recognise the changing face of Estate Agency, with many alternative online-only agencies promising lots, but often delivering very little (we know this because sales chains involving online-agents often result in us having to do their work for them)!
