Airbnb have sent that email… and it’s caused a fair bit of confusion.
The reality? It’s much simpler than it sounds.
They haven’t increased fees — they’ve just moved them.
Guests now see one total price, and Airbnb take their cut from the host side instead. If your pricing isn’t set up for that, you’ll feel it in your payouts pretty quickly.
If you’re not sure where you stand, it’s worth taking a look sooner rather than later.
