💎 CHATTING IS IMPORTANT 💎

I remember just starting in property ... every single person, be it someone who I spoke to, or mentor telling me that I am a people’s person 😃

That upset me in a way as I felt I’m good for nothing else but chatting to people 🤦🏼♀️
⠀
🙅🏼♀️ no hefty building, construction or refurbishment experience
🙅🏼♀️ not much (in development terms) funds
🙅🏼♀️ not much knowledge of the property

🥳 but I am people’s person, pleasant and I am chatty 🤩

Well, not surprising as:

✅ I’ve got experience of working with people in different roles of more that 20 years (even though I look 20 🤪)

🌟 teaching;
🌟 managing people;
🌟 was in charge of business communication;
🌟 sales.

✅ I am wealth dynamics Supporter profile - it means that I genuinely have interest in people

✅ I’m extremely intuitive 😃

So, back to the point of importance of being chatty, once I learnt to apply my personality in correct way, opportunities and deals, and investors have come very quickly!
