1 year ago today, we took this shell of a house, and created this spectacular home.

This particular project had to go through planning as there was two additional front pitched dormers. The stunning new look has definitely raised the price and the curb appeal to this home.

What was a dainty 2 bed bungalow, is now a beautiful 3 bed, with a huge open plan kitchen/diner and two bathrooms.

The options are endless when it comes to loft conversions and extensions, and usually however much funding you put into the house, you’ll always get it back!

Take a look at this stunning double garage cladded in solid oak 😍

What a fantastic addition this garage is to the existing stone bungalow.

The project consisted of a double block skin build, wrapped in oak shiplap cladding, oak 250mm supporting beams, trussed roof, and most importantly a painted floor for two large parking spaces! 🚗

What was once a separate kitchen and dining room is now an open, vibrant and inviting living space.

Two separate rooms brought together as the flooring flows through the open space to make it a stunning area to have friends and family round for parties and dinners!

With a little bit of drainage moved about from and some electrics from we managed to make a small inconvenient wardrobe space into this stunning en-suite, along with a new velux window to allow more natural light into the room and electric underfloor heating.

Check out this outstanding kitchen supplied from studio 35. 😍😍

This kitchen/dining area came complete with Neff appliances, Quooker Instant hot water tap, and the remarkable flush install of the Bora hob (with Downdraft extraction if you wondered what the circle was!)

The contrast between the wood effect laminate and the slimmer dark stone worktops gives this living area a warm and inviting feeling, and with the floor to ceiling windows letting through all that light its bright enough from dusk till dawn. 🌅🌅

Let’s not forget the feature accessory wall 🤩 with a huge variation of different accessories and colours you can style this however you’d like to.

Oak cladding and glazed staircases - The perfect idea to revitalise your hallway!

This look will transform your neglected hallway to a modern, clean, open space.

The glazing will let in much more light throughout your hallway, it’s just as sturdy and strong as the traditional spindles and much easier to clean!

All glazing we install is kite marked, which in layman’s terms means it has no sharp edges, it’s extremely durable and is safe around children and pets. 👦🏼🐕🐈

A job like this usually would take 3-5 days to complete and will last you a lifetime if treated correctly!

Something a bit different for the team last week. A Grade II listed six metre box guttering made to match the (extremely rotten) existing gutter.

This was made, primed, painted and installed the next day for a quick and easy turnaround.

All ready for the boys to get the slates re done, and the gutter to be lead lined. A great team effort from both companies which in turn made it a brilliant job.

A fantastic job all around, and another happy customer! 🎉🎉
