🔹 ღონისძიების ფარგლებში, კომპანიის გენერალურმა დირექტორმა მამუკა მახარაძემ და გენერალური დირექტორის მრჩეველმა ირაკლი ეფრემიძემ ორმხრივი სამუშაო აუდიენცია დიდი ბრიტანეთის ელჩის რეზიდენციაში გამართეს.
🔹 შეხვედრებზე განსაკუთრებული ყურადღება დაეთმო საქართველოში უძრავი ქონების სექტორის განვითარების მზარდ დინამიკას და განხილულ იქნა დიდი ბრიტანეთიდან საქართველოში კაპიტალის მოზიდვის შესაძლებლობები.

🔹 3 ივლისს, სასტუმრო Radisson RED Tbilisi-ში Forbes Georgia Real Estate Summit 2026 გაიმართა. კონფერენციამ 250-ზე მეტი დეველოპერი, ინვესტორი და საბანკო სექტორის ხელმძღვანელი გააერთიანა. შეხვედრის მთავარი თემები ურბანული ტრანსფორმაცია, მწვანე დაფინანსება და საერთაშორისო ინვესტიციების მართვა იყო.
🔹 სამიტის პანელურ დისკუსიაში მონაწილეობა მიიღო „იელთი ჯგუფის“ კომერციულმა დირექტორმა, ვალერი გურგენაძემ, რომელმაც სფეროს წამყვან ექსპერტებთან ერთად სექტორის აქტუალურ საკითხებსა და ინდუსტრიის მომავალზე იმსჯელა.
