1 მაისს სილქ დეველოპმენტის ორგანიზებით ახალი პლატფორმის - Real Estate Talks-ის პირველი შეხვედრა Green Cape Botanico • მწვანე კონცხი ბოტანიკო-ში გაიმართა.

ამ შეხვედრაზე მთავარი საკითხი 2026 წელს ბათუმში უძრავი ქონების ბაზრის განვითარება და მოსალოდნელი პროგნოზი იყო.

On May 1, Silk Development hosted the first meeting of its new platform Real Estate Talks at Green Cape Botanico • მწვანე კონცხი ბოტანიკო.

The main topic of the meeting was the development of the real estate market in Batumi in 2026 and where the market is heading.

The new platform aims to bring together professionals working in the real estate sector, discuss current and relevant topics in Batumi, and share experience and insights.

The company’s Commercial Director, Lina Buziashvili, participated in the panel discussion “Georgia as a Real Estate Investment Hub: Leaders’ Insights,” where she highlighted key market trends in Georgia and discussed future development prospects, as well as the Silk Towers project in Batumi.

The company also presented a panel discussion on green building, where company architect Medea Kiria spoke about the newly opened The Telegraph Hotel, which has successfully passed the LEED pre-certification stage and is expected to receive U.S. Green Building certification in the near future.
