My name is Galina.
I’m a real estate expert in Georgia.
In 2018, my husband and I moved to Georgia. It was a challenging but very important decision. I went through every stage on my own — with my own feet and head. I didn’t have an employer or a business angel here to take me by the hand to the tax office, to developers, or to the House of Justice. No one built connections, communication, or friendships for me with developers, fellow agents, notaries, sales departments, and many others. I’ve gained thousands of hours of practical experience and expertise.
I learned the Georgian language and fell in love with this country.
Today, I have over 8 years of experience in real estate:
• as an investor
• as a head of sales
• as a marketing specialist
• as a consultant and guide to the Georgian market for clients from all over the world.
We founded the company
and to this day, we continue to grow our real estate business.
What I do:
For individuals, I provide consultations on:
• immigration — individually or with family
• obtaining a residence permit
• business relocation
• starting a business
• buying/selling real estate — from commercial to investment properties
• property renovation
• transferring funds into a safe economic space, and more.
For developers (both local and international):
• I offer full-scale marketing services (developing a complete concept from pricing to branding)
• I set up and optimize sales departments
• I train sales teams
• I manage and execute sales
• I support projects through to full completion — and even beyond.
