Building affordable housing solutions is all TAP INVESTMENT is all about. (TAP: The African Project)

A year ago the idea of bringing 50 like minded, smart individuals together as investors, contributing every month to build smart, resilient and affordable places in every district of Ghana was born.

TAP seeks to address housing challenges from the construction method to the rental system, a holistic approach to housing.

One of the major goals is to abolish the advance payment system and introduce the stay & pay system (monthly) for our future cleints.

The dream is still alive and we can assure you our first project is coming very soon in Volta Region.

A one bedroom, 2 floors units apartment, powered by solar system, a complete suite with style and comfort.

Our method is to address housing challenges not to add to it.

With the team and with your support every village will oneday see modernization.
