Job Title: Remote Sales & Marketing Officer (Land Sales)
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to promote and sell our lands located at Nyanyano-Sea, Ojobi (Old Winneba Road), Pentecost Convention Centre area, Akrampa, Gomoa-Fetteh, Amasaman, and other locations. This is a remote job, with reporting to the office after close of business and submission of weekly sales reports.
Key Duties (Sales & Marketing):
1. Market and advertise company lands through digital and offline channels
2. Generate and follow up on sales leads
3. Communicate with prospective clients and arrange site visits
4. Close land sales and assist clients through the buying process
5. Promote land locations accurately and professionally
6. Maintain client records and sales updates
7. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Digital marketing and social media promotion skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Basic reporting and record-keeping skills
Familiarity with land sales is an advantage
Honest, confident, and goal-oriented attitude
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate
Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage
Ability to use a smartphone and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, social media)
Willingness to learn and meet sales targets
Work Arrangement:
Remote work
Reports to office after close of business
Weekly sales reporting required
