Try To Avoid This Biggest Mistake:
A friend of mine was telling me how during the covid-19 he lost his business. The business was doing well and he was earning about Ghc15,000 profit a week. But the biggest mistake was to inject all the profit into his house project. So when the pandemic occurred he was caught because he had extra capital to refuel the business. The loan he was using to import the good from china, he could not access it anymore.
Obviously it's the dream of every Ghanaian to own a home. But remember diverting all your income into the house building can cause your ruin big time.
So my mere advice is to save some of the money. At least 80% should go to the project and 20% for savings.
In the book of Ecclesiastes chapter 11 verse 2 says, Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for you do not know what evil shall be upon the earth.
The covid-19 pandemic is a distinctive example of what the bible is saying.
In conclusion, money invested in home building don't bring profit till the project is completed. Save some while building the house little by little to have a peace of mind all the time.

*The size of the land.
*Crack and roofing leakage.
*Damages of and others.
*The location of the house.
All or some of these things can be used to negotiate for a good price when one is buying a home.🏘️🏘️🏘️

Don't rush to buy a home. Rushing won't give you enough time to spot the fault on the building that will help you negotiate for a better deal.

Tips for the day:
Never rush to buy or rent a property when there is mad rush on it. It gives hope to the sller to increase the price.
You might not also be able to check the fault on the facility to help you have good price.
But just relaxed and play your game underground. Sometimes the increment will deter all the potential buyers. Then you reintroduce yourself and do the necessary negotiation. Or you can simply avoid it and look for another property to buy or rent. But if there is no option or time will not permit you to look for a different property, you're free to go.
