Our flagship ‘Palladio’ residential development which was completed in 2006, won the ‘Newcomer Award’ in the Ghana Property Awards 2007. Palladio was also nominated for an award in the CNBC/International Herald Tribune, International Property Awards Competition held in 2008. Combining our company’s skills as a Developer, Investor and Asset Manager with our intimate knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in Ghana, ELM is planning many more excellent developments and strategic investments in the coming years.
