Power Supply
Our electrical services solutions include:

Electrical Circuit Systems (commercial buildings – offices etc.): Lighting and power circuits – installation and troubleshooting services (rewiring, switches, sockets, bulbs/LED lights etc.)

Power Supply:

Genset:We offer Gensets sales of different make/brands; Capacities ranging from 10KVA upwards. We tailor clients’ unique requirements to the best Genset Brand on the market – Cummins, Perkins, Cartapillar, etc.
We rent Gensets of varying capacities (15KVA and above) to all regions in Ghana including transportation, installation and servicing.

Solar Systems: We design, supply, install and provide maintenance for Solar Electric Systems for Commercial and Residential
properties. We supply certified Solar Panels, Batteries, Inverters and meters for all our installations which are under warranty.

Diesel Supply: We supply diesel into Genset or Underground tanks from our special diesel metered/dispensing vehicles. This service is available in Greater Accra and some selected regions
Planned Preventive Maintenance Service (PPMS):- All installed machines (Genset & Solar) require regular maintenance to work at optimum efficiency.

Our PPMS contract protects the value of your asset through our 24/7 Maintenance service team for all our Genset and Solar Installations.

Plumbing Solutions
Traditionally, Plumbing was perceived as that which merely involved sanitary works. Today, Plumbing is a sophisticated and broad profession requiring highly trained manpower to undertake complex designs and installations in large commercial and residential buildings.

The ABAK project management team is able to engage and manage trained professionals to undertake complex plumbing projects. However, we maintain a small team of dedicated plumbing technicians to undertake general plumbing installations and emergencies on a 24/7 bases.

Pest Control Solutions
We are registered, accredited and licensed by Registrar General’s Department and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Ghana and for each successful project we undertake, we provide approved Certificates of Completion.

ABAK Pest Control Services protect your premises and products from General and Specific pests. We follow strict EPA protocols in service provision and operate in the Commercial, Industrial and Residential built environment sectors.

MOTOFOG is a modern fumigation method being introduced to Ghana by Swift

MOTOFOG is an innovative tool to fight vectors and diseases (e.g. Malaria and Dengue) in urban areas and for pest control in agricultural areas.

Advantages of using Motofog
Very efficient in discharging the desired insecticide and pesticide
Single operator system and hence very Labour efficient

An Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS), is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, security systems etc.

Management of a building’s indoor climate is increasingly included in the responsibilities of the facilities manager. In order to effectively and efficiently fulfil these responsibilities they is the need for an IBMS, a single system that is time-saving, cost effective and importantly, user-friendly.

We design, install and maintain intelligent building management systems (IBMS) both in old and new buildings.

A single front-end interface is provided in the IBMS through which all the subsystems are managed; for one or several of the following reasons:
