Today, as First Lady of the Republic of Sierra Leone and President of the Organization of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD), I had the pleasure of joining my fellow First Ladies at a cultural expo graciously hosted by Her Excellency Ana Dias Lourenço, First Lady of Angola.
It was a remarkable celebration of Angola’s rich cultural heritage, vibrant traditions, and artistic excellence — a reminder that culture is a powerful bridge, uniting our nations, strengthening our sisterhood, and celebrating our shared African identity.
