Marketing Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Dzi Asempa CO Operative Credit Union located in Techiman. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with various teams to create marketing materials, analyzing marketing data, and monitoring industry trends.

Qualifications

Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing marketing data
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media marketing

Job Description

Work directly with borrowers and effectively manage loan portfolio to maximize the recovery of loans.
Send letters of confirmation to borrowers signed by the Head of Credit and Projects Department.
Advise debtors of their legal liability under the loan agreement or contract.
Ensure 100% recovery of all overdue loans.
Liaise with the Bank’s Lawyer to pursue loan defaulters at the law court.
Any other work that may be assigned you by the Head of Credit & Projects Department.
